Years ago, I was struggling. I would stand over the sink with a half-gallon of ice cream in one hand, and a spoon in the other hand, and I would mindlessly scoop spoonful of spoonful of ice cream into my mouth. As I food shopped, I would tear into a box of Pop Tarts (as I was food shopping!!) and eat them as I navigated around the stores. Any time I was at an event or gathering, I felt powerless over my choices, and I would eat bread and butter, cookies and cake, and would not even remember the taste of the food. At night I would eat HALF OF A BAG OF HERSHEY KISSES!! And the only way I noticed that was by looking down at the scattered wrappers around me!
I gained FORTY POUNDS over
the course of a few months.
It was awful.
I felt tired, cranky, irritable, and uncomfortable.
I avoided being in pictures. I DREADED going to social events because I was not happy with my appearance. I finally stepped on the scale, and realized I gained FORTY POUNDS. I felt frustrated, hopeless, and upset. I made excuses.
I could not seem to stick to a program, and I could not seem to lose weight. I had no WHY I was overeating
I stopped feeling sorry for myself, and started doing research.
I started to track what I was eating by writing down everything I ate.
Each week, I would roughly plan out my daily meals and snacks.
I figured out healthier foods that I could “swap out” that would still satisfy my “sweet tooth”.
I figured out more interesting ways to drink more water.
But most importantly, I figured out HOW TO BREAK MY ADDICTION TO FOOD! AND I LOST THOSE FORTY POUNDS!
You do NOT have to follow a strict meal plan, count calories, or count containers to lose weight and to feel comfortable!
You do not have to feel restricted or conflicted about food, and you no longer need to feel the need to binge!

These check in Voxer “sessions” are priceless, because they allow us me gauge how you are feeling, assess your stress levels are, determine what your stressors are, etc. IN THE MOMENT! Additionally, this access will offer you support and accountability (as you send photos of your food, meals, etc.)
